At a deep level of our physiology, healthy tissue subtly "breathes" with the motion of life and produces a rhythmic pulse. This is carried through the fluids of the body, particularly the cerebrospinal fluid. When this rhythm is expressed in fullness and balance, there is a state of health and well-being. Illness, trauma or stress may become trapped within the body and cause a disruption in the fluid rhythm.
By placing my hands on various areas of the body in a non-invasive way I listen to the body as it describes the subtle rhythm in the fluid and tissues. I hold the rhythm to help balance or resolve the trapped forces that govern patterns of disease and fragmentation in both body and mind. Finally, I facilitate the expression of the "Breath of Life" which enhances the body's self-healing capabilities.
