HOSPICE
Dying is part of the normal process of living; it is a rite of passage. Since 2000, I have been working with people who are facing the end of life, both in my private practice and as a hospice volunteer.
Each person has a distinct journey through the end of life. In order to aid people in their journey I am a compassionate presence; I support wherever the person is in this process. My healing work helps provide relief from pain, anxiety, and fear--without the use of drugs.

In the fall of 2008 I worked with a hospice volunteer in-training. She told me that she was a documentary film maker and that she had this vision of making a film about hospice volunteers. What a grand idea! I said. But thought nothing more about it until I was contacted in the spring of 2009 and was asked to be part of the film which was in pre-production.
And now I would like to share with you the trailer of the documentary that film maker Lily Henderson has produced. I am very honored to be part of this project. The film is a dream from the heart for Lily. The entire cast and crew have donated their hearts, time and equipment to make it a reality.
To watch the trailer of the film go to Lessons for the Living.
I hope you enjoy! Please pass it along to your friends if you feel so inclined.
